Job summary

Tireco Distributors is seeking a Driver in Fontana, CA to deliver tires and wheels, handle loading/unloading, and assist in warehouse tasks. You will operate a box truck, ensure safe deliveries, and provide excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid license (Class D where applicable), DOT compliance, and the ability to cross state lines. This is a full-time on-road position with potential forklift duties and a path for advancement.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid standard driver’s license; some states may require a Class D license – No CDL required.
• Meet requirements for DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical; be at least 21 years old; eligible and willing to cross state lines for deliveries as required.
• Ability to be insured under company driving policy.
• Ability to safely operate a box truck and a clamp forklift.
• Ability to manually move tires between 30–80 lbs daily; 80 lbs+ requires a team lift.
• Preferred - 2+ years experience safely operating a box truck.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tires and wheels using a company vehicle and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Load and unload products; manage returns and collect payments.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle and support warehouse orders; operate forklift when needed.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and comply with DOT requirements while crossing state lines as needed.

As a Driverfor Tireco Distributors (TD),youwillbetheface of our companyand on the front linesdeliveringtheessentialproducts that keep our countryrolling. Youwillbe responsiblefor thesafedeliveryoftires andwheelsusinga company vehiclewhileproviding friendly and professional customer service, loading and unloading product, collecting payments, managing product returns, and maintaining your assigned vehicle. Although you will be delivering most of the time, you will also assist in the warehouse orders, loading and unloading trucks, and operating equipment such as forklift.
