Legacy Healthcare Financial Services LLC is seeking a Driver to transport residents with mobility challenges to destinations safely and on time. The role requires assisting clients in and out of vehicles, operating wheelchair lifts, and reporting any issues to supervision.
A clean driving record and valid license are mandatory, with strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols. You will arrive on time for shifts, take trip instructions from supervisors, and maintain residents'
In keeping with our organization's goal of improving the lives of the residents we serve, the Driver is responsible for getting clients with mobility challenges to their destinations safely and on time.

1. Arrive to work in a timely manner.
2. Take work orders from supervisor for client trip.
3. Drive clients to their destinations on time, including clients with oxygentanks,
intravenous pumps, drips and special equipment.
4. Assist clients as they get into and out of the vehicle.
5. Report back to the supervisor when clients have been dropped off at their destination.
6. Report any incidents or accidents to the supervisor.
7. Operate wheelchair lifts as needed.
8. Adhere to company policies and protocol.
9. Assure that established infection control and standard precaution practices are
maintained.
10. Follow established safety precautions when performing tasks and using equipment and supplies.
11. Maintains the comfort, privacy and dignity of residents and interacts with them in a manner that displays warmth, respect and promotes a caring environment.
12. Reports all hazardous conditions, damaged equipment, accidents/incidents and supply issues to the supervisor.
13. Communicates and interacts effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
14. Answers and respond to call lights promptly and courteously when working in resident care areas.
15. Reports all resident concerns to the appropriate department head.
16. Attend and participate in departmental meetings and in-services as directed.
17. Recognize your role as part of the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) efforts of your organization.
18. Attend trainings to build understanding and capacity to undertake QAPI work.
19. Carry out QAPI roles and responsibilities as assigned.
20. Follow established policies and procedures in support of QAPI efforts.
21. Support QAPI efforts both verbally and non-verbally (i.e., via actions and attitude), including adjusting performance and practice in accordance with QAPI initiatives and findings.
22. Participate in compliance trainings as scheduled and adhere to compliance plan.
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
