Job summary

Summary

We are seeking a Driver to join our team at Hope Valley Health & Wellness in Wasilla Alaska.


Responsibilities


  • Coordinate transportation needs with site directors and operations manager.

  • Drives company vehicles to transport clients for admissions, appointments, activities, discharges, and other events.

  • Completes transportation log and vehicle safety checks.

  • Ensure vehicles are kept clean, functional, and in safe condition.

  • Picks up medications and other client needs as approved by program directors.

  • Responds in a timely manner to transportation request emails.

  • Assists with maintenance requests.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • At least two years’ experience in maintenance or facility operations is required.

  • Must have and maintain a valid Alaska driver’s license, clean driving record, and maintain personal auto insurance coverage.

  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required.

  • Must have a current TB test or chest x-ray.

  • Knowledge of the requirements for providing services needed to clients.

  • Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA and CFR-42 client confidentiality regulations.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as part of a team.

  • Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines.

  • Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
