Job description

Position Summary

OneWater Marine is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of boat products, and supporting various operations related to our marine industry services. This position requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Safely transports and moves boats and equipment as assigned; delivers boats to ramp or customer home.
  • Uses forklift to move boats and trailers.
  • Follows all safety and compliance regulations.
  • Maintains company vehicle in proper condition, keeps logs, mileage/fluid changes, and logs in Fleetio.
  • Communicates schedule and timing of all assignments to management.
  • Completes all other tasks as requested by management.
  • Reports any damages or concerns about boats or equipment to management.
  • Completes other duties as requested.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Valid CDL Driver’s License.

Physical Demands

Roles include operating a motor vehicle, communicating with others, assessing accuracy of work, and frequent lifting of objects up to 100 pounds. The job may involve standing, walking, and repeated motions of wrists, hands, and fingers. Employees should be able to meet these physical demands and any additional accommodations will be considered.

Work Environment

Work is performed in an indoor office environment with controlled temperatures. Environmental conditions such as poor ventilation, hazardous conditions, or noisy environments are not expected.
