Job summary

Wiley Christian Adult Day Services Inc in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a Driver to provide safe transportation for clients to and from the partial care program.

The role offers daytime hours (split shift), no weekend work, and benefits for part-time staff including paid holidays and PTO. A NJ driver's license and English literacy are required; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate preferred.
• CPR Certification and First Aid training preferred.
• Valid NJ Driver’s License in good standing.
• Able to read, speak and write English.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting clients to and from the program.
• Assisting clients on and off the bus when needed.
• Providing friendly, helpful transportation services.
• Assisting in serving meals to clients as necessary.
• Reporting behavioral changes or incidents during transport.

PAID HOLIDAYS! (Holidays include: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Drivers have an important role at Wiley Behavioral Health as they provide safe transportation for our clients as they transport them to and from our partial care program in Pennsauken. Our drivers strive to provide the best services with respect and acknowledging the independence of each individual.

Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for safely transporting clients to and from the program as well as providing transport for medical appointments
• May need to assist clients on and off the bus in a safe manner
• Provides services in a friendly, helpful manner
• Assist in serving meals to clients as necessary
• Reports behavioral changes or unusual incidents involving clients during transportation

Qualifications:

• High school graduate preferred
• CPR Certification and First Aid training preferred
• Valid NJ Driver’s License in good standing
• Able to read, speak and write English
