Job summary

Wiley Christian Adult Day Services Inc in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a CDL Driver with Passenger Endorsement for daytime, split-shift transportation of clients to the program and medical appointments. This part-time role offers no weekend work and paid holidays.

Qualifications include a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement, CPR/First Aid preferred, and English literacy. High school diploma preferred. Join our team and contribute to safe, respectful transportation services for clients.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid training preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and write English is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting clients to and from the program and to medical appointments.
• Assist clients on and off the bus in a safe manner.
• Provide friendly, helpful transportation services to clients.
• Assist in serving meals to clients as necessary.
• Report behavioral changes or unusual incidents involving clients during transportation.

DAYTIME HOURS! (Split shift)

PAID HOLIDAYS! (Holidays include: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4thof July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Drivers have an important role at Wiley Behavioral Health as they provide safe transportation for our clients as they transport them to and from our partial care program in Pennsauken. Our drivers strive to provide the best services with respect and acknowledging the independence of each individual.

Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for safely transporting clients to and from the program as well as providing transport for medical appointments
• May need to assist clients on and off the bus in a safe manner
• Provides services in a friendly, helpful manner
• Assist in serving meals to clients as necessary
• Reports behavioral changes or unusual incidents involving clients during transportation

Qualifications:

• High school graduate preferred
• CPR Certification and First Aid training preferred
• Valid and appropriate state CDL license with Passenger Endorsement
• Able to read, speak and write English
