Job summary

Sterling Estates of West Cobb in Marietta, GA is seeking a Driver to transport residents to appointments, grocery outings, and activities. You will operate a 14-passenger bus, Econovan, and Cadillac SUV for daily transportation needs and outings.

Responsibilities include assisting the Activity team with transfers and loading wheelchairs, ensuring safety and comfort. Shifts are typically 3–4 days per week with hours around 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with some flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting residents during outings.
• Ability to assist with transfers and loading mobility devices (wheelchairs/walkers).
• Comfort operating multiple vehicle types and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 14-passenger bus, Econovan and Cadillac SUV for resident transport.
• Assist Activity team with residents on outings, including transfers and loading mobility devices.
• Support doctor appointments, grocery outings and other activities as scheduled.
• Maintain flexible availability; typical shifts are 3–4 days per week with time around 7:30–2:30.

• Doctor appts, grocery outings, activity outings
• Assist Activity team with residents on outings to include helping to transfer residents and loading wheelchairs and walkers.
• Must be able to drive a 14 passenger bus, Econovan and Cadillac SUV.
• Typical shift is 3-4 days a week with possible extra day depending on weekly schedule changes.
• Hours can be flexible but typically 7:30 until 2:30pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, however flexibility is needed.
