Job summary

The Laylow, Autograph Collection Hotel is a Waikiki oasis blending mid-century design with Hawaiian hospitality. This role focuses on warmly welcoming guests, guiding them through hotel facilities, and safely driving guest vehicles with a professional, island-friendly demeanor.

Ideal candidates will be able to lift 50+ pounds, hold a valid driver's license, and read guests to anticipate needs, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure in a fulltime capacity on site.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every guest.

• Safely and securely drive every guest vehicle.
• Safely and securely store guest vehicle keys.
• Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering/leaving property.

With top-quality service, vibrant social spaces, and a laid-back island spirit, The Laylow invites travelers, creatives, and adventurers to relax, connect, and experience a distinctive take on Hawaiian charm.This individual has a sincere demeanor that allows guests to feel like they are being welcomed home from the time they step out of their car until we see their taillights. They have a knowledge of all of the happenings on property to ensure they are able to answer any questions the guests might ask them. Requested Tasks
