Job summary

Trinity Terrace in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a transportation assistant to support residents with mobility, wheelchair lifts, and safe vehicle operations. You will transport residents to appointments, errands, and events, while ensuring comfort and safety throughout journeys.

This role runs Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, and offers Medical, Dental & Vision insurance, PTO, a 401(k) plan with company match, and additional resident appreciation bonuses as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle wheelchair lifts safely and professionally; assist residents in and out of vehicles, load and unload walkers and wheelchairs, and maintain clean, well‑organized vehicle interiors.
• Provide transportation for resident appointments, errands, outings, and events according to established guidelines, responding calmly and knowledgeably to emergencies and performing other duties as assigned.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance and safety checks on community vehicles, including inspecting for damage or malfunctions, maintaining emergency supplies, and completing required pre‑trip inspections.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Champion PRS culture by living our Mission, Vision, and Core Values; actively participate in departmental training and create inviting, resident‑focused experiences while engaging with residents, guests, and co‑workers in a gracious, attentive, and courteous manner.
