This full-time position offers drivers a competitive salary between $75,000 and $80,000, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 depending on experience. Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination applying commercial driving regulations.
• Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations.
• Deliver products using a liftgate.

• Pay Rate: Drivers make $75,000 to $80,000.

What You’ll Do As a CDL-A Delivery Driver

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off‑hour delivery.
• Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
• Using a liftgate to unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications You’ll Bring As a CDL-A Teammate

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
