Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living in Bucks County, PA is seeking a dedicated Driver to safely transport residents to activities and appointments. The role combines customer service with careful vehicle operation and adherence to safety standards.

This full-time position offers weekday hours and weekend options, with compensation from $17.25 to $18.00 per hour based on experience. A valid driver's license and CPR certification are required, with prior transportation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transports residents in company vehicles to activities and appointments.
• Safely assists residents in and out of vehicles.
• Operates lift equipment necessary to load and unload wheelchairs.
• Assists maintenance department in maintaining vehicles.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
• Reports changes in residents' condition to the team.
• Provides excellent customer service in all interactions.
• Maintains a safe work environment and practices safety.
• Interacts cooperatively with residents, families, visitors and team members.

Status/Shift

• Full-time4 weekdays 9am - 5:30pm, e/o weekend 8am - 4:30pm
• Part-time every weekend: 8:00am-3:00pm
  
  

The Driver is responsible for safely and courteously transporting residents.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
• Current CPR Certification required
• Previous transportation experience as a driver is preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
