Job summary

Kirby Risk Electrical Supply in Decatur, IL is seeking a Service Delivery Driver to ensure customers receive products safely, accurately, and on time. This hands-on role combines driving with active customer service and teamwork.

What You will Do as a Service Delivery Driver

In this key role, you’ll make sure products get where they need to go—delivered with care, efficiency, and professionalism.

You will:

• Load and unload electrical and mechanical apparatus for delivery and pickup.
• Safely transport materials to and from customer locations.
• Observe and communicate key information from the field to supervisors and internal teams.
• Maintain delivery documentation and follow company safety procedures.
• Represent Kirby Risk with professionalism and excellent customer service during every interaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• A clean driving record and valid driver’s license (must be 21 years of age).

Schedule

• Monday–Friday (Day Shift)
• Overtime as needed
