MV Transportation is hiring drivers in California to operate transit vehicles and deliver reliable public transportation services.

Qualifications

As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a transit motor vehicle, providing reliable and efficient public transportation.

Qualifications

Driver Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.


• Must have a valid California Driver's license.


• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen, background check, and DOT physical.


• A CDL with passenger Endorsement. Airbrake endorsement a plus.


• (Paid training and assistance to get CDL and airbrakes permits)


• Possess excellent communication and decision‑making skills.


• Must be able to assist passengers including those who use walkers, wheelchairs, and/or other mobility devices on and off the vehicle.


• Must be able to transport passengers with disabilities including providing door to door service when required.


• Must be able to safely and professionally manage conflict and/or difficult situations involving passengers.


• Must be able to accept and accurately record passenger fares including cash, tickets, passes, and transfers.


• Must maintain a valid driver license and all other required credentials, certifications, and qualifications.
