Meridian Senior Living in Brookstone of Aledo, IL is seeking a part-time Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for residents. You will prepare the bus, ensure resident safety, and assist with daily operations as a valued team member.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent), are 21+, hold a valid driver's license with MV-related checks, and demonstrate compassion, communication, and excellent customer service. Health requirements and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid and active driver’s license.
• Meet motor vehicle records clearance requirements.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and general public.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual.
• Must possess current first aid and CPR certification.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks.

Details about the Driver position we are hiring for:

As a driver you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, courteous and efficient transportation service for our residents. Responsibilities in this role will also include preparing the bus for operation, maintaining bus, and taking the initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority.
