H. T. PROF Group is seeking a competent Structural Engineer to support our design portfolio and engineering team in Austin, TX.

This role offers diverse, hands-on structural design experience with opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative consulting environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to contribute to a range of projects from analysis through design and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a Structural emphasis.
• Minimum 2 years of structural engineering experience.
• Must have passed the FE Exam.
• Experience with concrete, steel, masonry, and wood structural design.
• Proficiency with RISA-3D, RAM Structural System, AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis, calculations, and evaluation of project data using independent engineering judgment.
• Collaborate directly with licensed and unlicensed engineers, designers, and technical staff.
• Prepare and assemble engineering reports and technical documentation.
• Develop and complete structural design documents.
• Conduct site observations and support field-related project activities.
• Contribute to a variety of structural engineering projects from analysis through design and documentation.
