About The Role

For the Product Specialist role, we are seeking a confident, passionate, and tech-savvy sales consultant with automotive experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales with a proven ability to engage with customers and deliver distinguished, memorable experiences. You will play a pivotal role in representing the Classic Toyota of Henderson brand, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction are delivered. What You Will Do – Essential Responsibilities

  1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized and memorable customer experiences.
  2. Be the vehicle expert. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Toyota vehicles, and competitive-makes - including features and benefits.
  3. Conduct test drives and product demonstrations, showcasing Toyota’s commitment to innovation, safety, and sustainability.
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and providing comprehensive after-sales support.
  5. Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty to Classic Toyota of Henderson.
  6. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective consumer engagement and negotiation skills.
  7. Provide consumers with detailed information on pricing, financing options, and after-sales services.
  8. Handle negotiations with confidence and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  9. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive sales environment.
  10. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  1. 2-3 years of professional automotive experience
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service.
  3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers

  13. Willingness to travel for training as necessary
  14. Valid United States-issued driver’s license
  15. Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States
