Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and elevators.
• Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning and maintaining guest rooms.
• Deliver linens, towels, and other supplies to guest rooms as needed.
• Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
