Job summary

The Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Placid, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is seeking a driven Laundry Attendant to ensure linens are cleaned to high standards and guest rooms are stocked with fresh linens. You will sort, wash, dry, and fold hotel linens, operate commercial laundry equipment, and inspect items for damage, working closely with the housekeeping team.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Placid, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Laundry Attendant.

As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens are cleaned to the highest standards. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure that all guest rooms are stocked with fresh linens and towels.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, and fold all hotel linens
• Operate commercial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines
• Inspect all linens and towels for stains, tears, and damage
• Report any damaged or missing items to the Housekeeping Manager
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry room
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed
