Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to define driveline subsystem requirements and design solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional product development teams and reviews.
• Familiarity with DFMEA, DFA and design review processes.

Responsibilities

• Define driveline component and subsystem requirements, design solutions and release activities across vehicle development cycles.
• Create System Requirements Documents (SORs) and Component Technical Specifications (CTSs) ensuring program compliance.
• Lead Product Development Team (PDT) and Product Readiness Team (PRT) activities for driveline components.
• Coordinate with GM plants, suppliers and multiple GM functions to meet program imperatives.
• Develop test plans and support data processing, instrumentation setup and analysis.
• Drive cost-reduction and manufacturing-robustness initiatives and root-cause issues.
