General Motors in Warren, MI is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design and implement assembly processes for transmission and drive unit manufacturing. You will lead equipment development projects from concept through production, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver robust, safe, and high-quality manufacturing solutions.
Responsibilities include developing cost estimates, managing schedules, and maintaining essential documentation (PFD, PFMEA, PCP, BOE/BOP).

The Assembly Process Group develops and implements innovative assembly processes that enable robust manufacturing of transmission and drive units. This role is responsible for sourcing, designing, building, and qualifying assembly processes and equipment from initial concept through successful implementation at the manufacturing site.
