Job summary

DriveTime Transports is seeking qualified CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account out of Palmetto, GA. Home daily or every other day; must live within 40 miles of Palmetto 30268 and hold Hazmat at the time of application. Minimum 1 year tractor-trailer experience and pallet jack unload required.

Expect a strict screening with limited unemployment in the last 90 days and a focus on safety and reliability. Average weekly pay listed as $1,500, based on salary position.

Qualifications

• Hazmat certification required at time of application.
• CDL-A license with current tractor-trailer experience (min 1 year).
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year; no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Operator must be able to unload pallets using pallet jack.
• Maintain safe operation of vehicle on dedicated account.
• No SAP drivers; adhere to DOT and safety regulations.

COULD BE HOME DAILY, BUT BEST TO PREPARE FOR BEING HOME EVERY OTHER DAY

AVG WEEKLY: $1500 (Salary based position)

NO MORE THAN 90 DAYS OF UNEMPLOYMENT

ANY ACCIDENTS (REGARDLESS OF FAULT) WILL REQUIRE A CRASH REPORT IF ACCIDENT WAS IN THE LAST 5 YEARS

AVERAGE WEEKLY: $1500

MINIMUM ONE YEAR OR CDL-A TRACTOR TRAILER EXPERIENCE - MUST BE VERIFIABLE

NO MORE THAN 3 JOBS IN THE LAST YEAR

No more than 2 MV's in the last 2 years. No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months.

No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years. No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years

No DUI/DWI within the past 10 years if the offense occurred while they held a CDL-A or Commercial Learners Permit. No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years if the offense occurred prior to getting a CDL-A
