Chick-fil-A in Round Rock, Texas is seeking a Drive Thru Shift Lead who embodies our core values and a servant leadership mindset. You will support senior leadership in daily operations and coach team members to uphold Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service.

You will open/close, lead shifts, count drawers, and model the tone for the Drive Thru team, while delivering friendly hospitality and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Drive Thru
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Drive Thru Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires in Drive Thru, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our Drive Thru team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

A Drive Thru Shift Lead is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Drive Thru Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
