Responsibilities

• Be proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training, coaching, and encouragement.
• Provide regular feedback to each team member on strengths and areas of growth.
• Create a weekly shift schedule, balancing labor costs with service speed.
• Monitor inventory, small wares, and equipment.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, deposits, and change.
• Facilitate team meetings and development for leadership and Brewistas.
• Take ownership of solutions and oversee operations.
• Communicate directives from upper management to staff.
• Develop new leaders and delegate tasks to the leadership team.
• Ensure health requirements compliance and safety standards.
• Adapt to problems and implement solutions during busy periods.
