Qualifications

• Flexible 40-hour schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for hours, climb a ladder, and stock/clean in the stand.
• Experience coaching, training, and delegating tasks.
• Effective communication and teamwork under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in all Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
• Maintain excellent wait times and customer interactions through training and encouragement.
• Provide regular feedback to each team member.
• Create weekly shift schedules to balance labor and service.
• Monitor inventory and equipment.
• Ensure cash handling and deposits.
• Develop new leaders and communicate directives from upper management.
• Delegate tasks to leadership and Brewistas to foster development.
