Job summary

Goodwill Industries Group in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a part-time Donation Center Associate to warmly greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and accurately price items for resale in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will follow safety procedures, keep the donation area organized, document intake, and work with the team to support store operations while delivering friendly service and upholding Goodwill values.

Job Objective

To provide exceptional customer service by efficiently receiving, sorting, and pricing donations while maintaining a friendly and organized donation area. Assist donors with unloading items, express appreciation, and support smooth operations in a fast‑paced retail environment. This position reports to the Store Manager who evaluates performance annually.
