The Bridge Project in Bradford is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join the Drive Project team, delivering a trauma-informed, strengths-based response to high-harm domestic abuse.

You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, collaborate with safeguarding partners, and maintain a strong focus on victim safety and accountability while balancing empathy and professional boundaries. A driving licence and enhanced DBS check are required.

Qualifications

• Driving licence with access to a vehicle.
• Enhanced DBS check (or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead case management within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Coordinate with partner agencies to safeguard and support clients.
