Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Must work a minimum 5 days per week with 4 closing shifts (or 4‑day week guaranteed) including irregular hours.
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices.
• Familiarity with federal/state labor laws and health/sanitation regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns staff to meet operational standards for food service.
• Prepares employee schedules and adjusts staffing as needed.
• Monitors inventory and places supply orders within cost controls.
• Develops action plans to address unfavorable financial or sales trends.
