The role involves project engineering/management, documentation, and coordination with clients and staff. Applicants should have a civil/environmental engineering degree and relevant experience, with a California PE preferred, and be capable of leading smaller projects within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/environmental engineering is required.
• PE license in California preferred.
• 5-12 years in municipal water treatment or related fields.
• Strong communication with staff, clients, and regulators.
• Proficient in MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as task lead and deputy project manager on drinking water/reuse projects.
• Provide design, planning, and operational support.
• Mentor junior staff and review work products.
• Coordinate with clients and internal technical specialists.
• Prepare construction documents and design reports.
• Respond to RFIs and conduct site visits during construction.
• Support proposals and ensure quality delivery.
