Aldridge Electric is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the Incident and Injury Free culture across our Drilling and Foundations teams. You will partner with operations to deliver safety initiatives, coach management, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

This role combines hands-on safety delivery with strategic program leadership. The ideal candidate has a degree in OSH, 3–5 years of construction safety experience, and a CSP/ASP/CHST/OHST/CUSP certificate.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from a four-year college or university.
• 3-5 years’ direct experience in Construction Safety and Occupational Health disciplines.
• Willing to travel.
• Professional Certificate (CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST & CUSP) required.
• Knowledge of construction safety, OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and steward the Incident and Injury Free culture.
• Provide safety coaching and advice to operations management and employees.
• Ensure safety training is conducted per scope of work.
• Act as safety motivator for management and employees.
• Provide safety subject matter expertise in internal and external practices.
• Review subcontractor safety programs for compliance.
• Conduct mini-gap analyses on safety policies and standards.
