Job summary

Aldridge Electric in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Safety Manager (Mission Critical) to champion the Incident & Injury Free culture. You will lead safety initiatives, partner with operations, and provide hands-on coaching to create a safe, compliant work environment across projects.

Responsibilities include reviewing subcontractor safety programs, conducting site visits, investigating incidents, and supporting monthly CVIS meetings. Travel to multiple job sites is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OSH or related field.
• Professional safety certification (CSP/ASP/CHST/OHST/CUSP) required.
• 2–5 years of construction safety experience.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and drive IIF culture.
• Coach and advise management and staff on safety.
• Review subcontractor safety programs and ensure compliance.
• Conduct site visits and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and verify corrective actions.
