A leading elevator service provider is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent in Salisbury, Maryland. You will supervise construction crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Ideally, you have over 8 years in the elevator industry and have proven leadership skills. Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in the elevator industry with project management background.
  • 2+ years of proven supervisory/leadership experience.
  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, internet).
  • Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) certification or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, internet).
  • Self-motivated, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must pass background checks and drug screenings to gain clearance for government sites.

Overview

Delaware Elevator is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee and support our elevator construction and modernization crews. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on coordinating teams, ensuring quality and safety, and delivering projects on time and within scope. Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support elevator construction and MOD crews within the assigned territory.
  • Coordinate schedules for assigned crews (short-term and long-term).
  • Uphold Delaware Elevator Inc company policies, rules and regulations, including all safety plans.
  • Review and bring projects in on schedule with customers and our internal hours and schedule.
  • Schedule and coordinate material deliveries and material requirements.
  • Oversee all aspects of quality control.
  • Perform MOD surveys as needed.
  • Supervise and assist with adjusting as needed.

Qualifications
