You will supervise construction crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Ideally, you have over 8 years in the elevator industry and have proven leadership skills. Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in the elevator industry with project management background.
• 2+ years of proven supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, internet).
• Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) certification or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, internet).
• Self-motivated, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings to gain clearance for government sites.

• Review material tracking log and attend company progress and safety meetings weekly.
