Patterson-UTI is seeking an HSE Supervisor to oversee the implementation of HSE requirements across drilling operations. You will supervise a team of HSE Advisors, support Operations, and drive safety performance with audits, training, and risk assessments.

The role emphasizes incident investigation, regulatory compliance, and a proactive safety culture, requiring strong coaching, communication and field leadership skills in heavy industrial environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; five years of field-based HSE experience in drilling preferred.
• Strong training, coaching and communication skills for safety programs and incident investigations.
• Proficient in regulations and risk management, with the ability to present data to diverse audiences.
• Experience leading HSE teams and coordinating with Operations for safety excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of HSE requirements and policies across designated drilling areas.
• Lead and develop a team of HSE Advisors and coordinate with Operations for safe daily activities.
• Plan and conduct HSE audits, risk assessments and safety training in the field.
• Promote incident prevention culture and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
