Job summary

You will mentor teammates and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize performance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 3+ years in drilling engineering, with proficiency in WellView or Landmark.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Civil) or foreign equivalent.
• 3+ years of drilling engineering or operations experience.
• Willing to travel 10–20% annually and be on call outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead well planning and execution by developing detailed drilling programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with permits and company standards.
• Provide daily engineering guidance to onsite personnel and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze drilling data to improve safety, efficiency, and performance.
• Collaborate with asset, planning, and finance teams to develop cost and schedule estimates.
