Northern Lights Drilling LLC is seeking a Drilling Assistant/Helper to join our field team. You will work closely with an experienced driller to support pumps and drilling equipment outdoors, ensuring smooth operations on site.

The role includes routine maintenance, assembling and positioning machinery, driving truck-mounted gear, and loading drill rods for easy access. CDL is a plus, and applicants must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• CDL license would be a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Driller’s Assistant involves working outdoors for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Regulate, control and service pumps and drilling equipment with an experienced driller.
• Undertake routine maintenance and repairs under supervision.
• Assemble and position machines, casing pipes, and other equipment using hand tools.
• Drive or guide truck-mounted equipment, level and stabilize rigs, and extend derricks.
• Load drill rods onto drill carousel for access during drilling.

• Undertaking routine maintenance and repairs under the supervision of an experienced driller.
• Assemble and position machines, casing pipes, and other equipment, using hand tools.
• Drive or guide truck-mounted equipment into position, level and stabilize rigs, and extend derricks.
• Loads drill rods onto drill carousel for Driller’s to access during the drilling process.

Requirements
