Job summary

Sierra Circuits, Inc. is seeking a Drilling Operator- Trainee in Sunnyvale, CA. The role involves preparing drilling jobs, moving tasks through the workflow, and supporting manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include following instructions, operating basic drilling-related equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with kitting while standing for long periods. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are preferred.

• Ability to read and understand technical work instructions.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds maximum.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the day.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain quality of products at all time.
• Ability to perform at the highest level in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review Travelers and follow any special instructions.
• Perform Flash Rout & Spot Face operations
• Move jobs in ProCim and between buildings
• Run De-burring equipment
• Hand sand and cleaning of panels as required
• Assist with Kitting
• Area maintenance - general cleaning and trash removal
• Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per day.
• Other duties as assigned.
