Job summary

NANA Construction, LLC is seeking a Driller Lead to operate and maintain drilling rigs across remote Alaska sites. The role requires hands-on control of core drilling, calibration, and adherence to safety protocols.

You will work 12-hour shifts, coordinate with field teams, and ensure accurate sampling and documentation. MSHA certification and a valid license are required, with prior experience in harsh environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in directly related position.
• MSHA Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record for past three years.

Responsibilities

• Operate various core drills to bore into surface and subsurface land.
• Calibrate machine and select drill according to job.
• Start and stop drilling motion; position machine and support equipment.
• Operate drilling rigs and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
