Energy Job Shop is seeking a Driller Lead to operate and maintain drilling rigs at Red Dog Mine in Alaska. This rotational FIFO position requires substantial drilling experience and the ability to work long shifts in a remote environment.

The role emphasizes safety and reliability, with MSHA certification and a valid driver's license, plus the stamina to meet physically demanding tasks during 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Five years of direct drilling experience.
• MSHA certification.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment UA drug test.
• Ability to work in remote, challenging environments and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain drilling rigs at Red Dog Mine.
• Transport drills on tracked carriers.
• Work in remote, extreme conditions during rotations.
• Follow safety protocols and TSA travel requirements.
