Irby Construction Company is seeking a Drilled Shaft Operator to perform drilled pier installations on foundation projects in GA. You will operate drilling units mounted on trucks or crawlers, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in drilled shaft installation, a CDL Class A, and willingness to travel to various work sites. Excellent teamwork and a safety-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience in drilled shaft installation.
• CDL Class A is required.
• Able to travel to different work locations.
• OSHA 10 ETD and First Aid/ CPR preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules in manuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate drilling units and equipment to install drilled piers and foundations.
• Adhere to safety regulations and report violations.
• Mentor and train other foundation employees.
• Complete and maintain field records and reports.
• Support concrete finishing when necessary.
