Job summary

Conti Corporation is seeking a Heavy Equipment Crew Operator for Drilled Shaft Operations. You will operate and maintain equipment across multiple job sites, including skid steers, backhoes, water trucks, and mini excavators, supporting drilled shaft installations.

A valid CDL Class A with tanker endorsement is required, with crane certification preferred for higher pay. Travel to out-of-town assignments is expected, and night shifts as needed are part of the role, with union benefits and

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency operating skid steer, backhoe, water truck and mini excavator.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work safely with a crew.
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round and at night.

Responsibilities

• Assist drilled shaft installation and site preparation.
