Job summary

Granite Construction Incorporated is seeking a Drill Tech to assist the Driller in water well drilling operations, perform routine mechanical tasks, and support field crews. The role involves outdoor work, safety adherence, and operating service trucks and equipment across sites.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift 50 lbs, and be willing to travel up to 2 weeks at a time. CDL is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and occasionally up to 100 lb.
• Able to travel away from home up to 2 weeks at a time.
• Must have clean driving record and valid license.
• CDL license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Driller in drilling operations and mechanical tasks.
• Operate and maintain drilling site equipment and service trucks.
• Transport rigs and set up job sites to support operations.
• Complete daily paperwork and maintain records.
• Ensure safety, quality procedures, and proper documentation.
