Job summary

Crossroads Staffing seeks a DrillRouting Operator in Camarillo to operate DrillingCutting machinery and follow established procedures, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will program, set up, and run the EVO DrillRouter, troubleshoot equipment, and document production activities. Basic computer and math skills, ability to read technical drawings, and good communication are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of experience with manufacturing machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures operating drilling/cutting machinery.
• Document production activities accurately.
• Program, set up and operate DrillRouter EVO.
• Troubleshoot drill machines and process issues.
• Measure parts with caliper, micrometer, and XYZ table.
• Inspect parts with microscope and optical tools.
• Order and prepare spare parts for all drill machines.
• Keep work area clean and records up to date.
