Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years machining experience or equivalent.
• Vocational training or machinist apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and BOMs and use precision measuring tools.
• Experience with CNC machines such as Okuma Genos or Haas required.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and parts to understand fabrication and tolerance requirements.
• Plan machine, fixturing, and tooling sequence to achieve output.
• Troubleshoot Lathe and Mill programs; adjust speed and feeds.
• Set up and change tooling; load materials per requirements.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow work instructions.
