Job summary

Crossroads Staffing seeks a DrillRouting Operator in Camarillo to operate DrillingCutting machinery and follow established procedures, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will program, set up, and run the EVO DrillRouter, troubleshoot equipment, and document production activities. Basic computer and math skills, ability to read technical drawings, and good communication are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of experience with manufacturing machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures operating drilling/cutting machinery.
• Document production activities accurately.

• Inspect parts with microscope and optical tools.

DrillRouting Operator Needed in Camarillo

Job Description

The DrillRouting Operator, will be responsible for following established procedures operating the DrillingCutting machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, will perform basic trouble shooting and accurately document production activities. Programming, Set-up and Operation of DrillRouter machine EVO. Troubleshoot drill machines and process related issues. Measurements of parts using caliper, micrometer, XYZ table and etc. Inspection of parts using Microscope and other optical inspection tools and verify they meet specifications. Operate the Cutting machinery according to specifications. Perform bar counting and visual inspections. Research, order and prepare spare parts for all drill machines as needed. Maintain equipment and machinery clean. Complete documentation and records. Work area is to be kept clean and neat at all times. Skills Required
