Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience operating drill rigs or similar heavy equipment in foundation, geotechnical, or construction environments.
• OSHA 30 certification (No more than 4 years old)
• Rigging and Signaling certification (No more than 4 years old)
• Valid Medical card
• Valid Forklift certification
• Strong understanding of safe equipment operation and job site hazard awareness.
• Ability to read and interpret basic site plans, layouts, and project instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to recognize and report equipment issues.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on demanding job sites.
• Valid driver’s license and any required site certifications or training preferred.

In this role, you will support and establish foundational structures, caissons, micro-piles, sheet piles, and other required drilling and boring by performing drilling operations accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.

• Follow project plans, drilling layouts, and site instructions to complete work accurately.
