Kiewit Foundations is currently seeking highly motivated candidates to join our team in Forsyth GA as a Drill Rig Operator. Eligible applicant(s) must be able to work safely in a critical deep foundation element environment while performing the duties of this position. This person(s) must be capable of producing quality work with attention to detail and completing the job "right the first time".
Skilled
Able to complete accurate reports.
Maintain site security during drilling operations.
Operate drilling equipment on smooth to extremely rough conditions.
Conduct thorough pre and post shift safety inspections of drilling equipment.
Ability to perform work in a safe manner, while following best practices and in accordance with company policies.
Perform other duties as required.
May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with previous years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Must possess strong working knowledge skills and abilities for position.
Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with management/supervision.
Proficient in the safe and efficient use of electrical, hand tools, power tools and layout tools as well as measurement tools
