Job summary

US Tool Group, based in Farmington, MO, is seeking a dependable team member to pack customer orders on a day shift. The role requires reading and following logs and instructions, ensuring accuracy and safety in all procedures.

You will work in a climate-controlled environment with a focus on quality, efficiency, and timely fulfillment of orders while contributing to a productive, collaborative team culture in the facility.

Qualifications

• Read, understand and follow written, oral or diagrammatic instructions.
• Solve problems using several concrete variables in standard situations.
• Perform basic arithmetic: add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure.
• Read, write and speak at a basic level.
• Demonstrate clear oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to use computer systems for generating correspondence if needed.
• Detail oriented and accurate in tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 50 lbs (5% overhead)
• 60 – 90% sitting
• 5 -10% shifting or bending
