A healthcare consulting firm seeks a Supervisor for DRG Integrity Reviews/Audits. The role entails overseeing coding audits, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines, and providing quality assurance and education to auditors. Candidates must have an RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC credential and at least five years of experience in DRG auditing or coding. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in DRG auditing, coding, or HIM consulting.
• Previous supervisory or lead auditor experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Mansioni

• Oversee execution, quality, and delivery of coding audits.
• Provide coding education and quality assurance.
• Analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reports.
