DREAMLAND is seeking a Bartender and Barista to craft beverages in a vibrant, fast-paced setting that blends a craft cocktail bar with a lively coffee shop. You will prepare juices and signature drinks while engaging guests and earning tips.

The role emphasizes exceptional hospitality, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and opportunities for growth in a welcoming, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older (legally allowed to serve alcohol).
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and top-tier hospitality.
• Prior bartending or cafe experience is preferred.
• Flexible availability to cover nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of DREAMLAND products, current offerings (coffee, tea, spirits, beer, wine), and core company values.
• Deliver swift, precise service while keeping workstations, equipment, and utensils spotlessly clean and sanitized.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Accurately process cash and credit transactions in accordance with cash-handling procedures.
• Address guest inquiries, orders, and concerns with promptness and courtesy.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to continuously refine guest service.
• Assist with receiving product shipments, managing inventory, and tracking reorder pars.
• Remain adaptable to working early morning shifts as well as late-night events.
• Comprehensive training in POS operations and fresh product craft.
