Qualifications

• Several years leading Kitchen & Bath design projects with a focus on client needs.
• Portfolio showing design and 20/20 skills required.
• Degree preferred but not required; certification a plus.
• Experience designing, quoting, and coordinating with installers.

Responsibilities

• Qualify customer needs and present K&B products.
• Design kitchens and baths with customers using 20/20 software.
• Quote, order, and track kitchen and bath products accurately.
• Conduct design consultations and follow-up communications.
• Enter product sales in the POS system and manage documentation.
• Support sales associates with product and project knowledge.
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors on installations.
• Maintain pricing and merchandising for the department.
