Job summary

PulteGroup in Ocala is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to help buyers select and purchase dream homes. You will guide clients through the sales process, present models, and coordinate with design, mortgage, and inspections to ensure a smooth closing.

The role requires strong MS Office and communication skills, a minimum of 1 year of related experience, and willingness to work weekends and extended hours in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related functional experience.
• Ability to work all posted hours of operation, including opening and closing of model park and sales center.
• Ability to work weekends and all non-exempt holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell and close PulteGroup products.
• Monitor and meet CQE goals.
• Generate leads from referrals and realtor group.
• Interview prospects, present models, and demonstrate community amenities.
• Explain principal and interest payments, taxes, insurance, CC&Rs, HOA dues, and club/golf memberships.
• Prepare paperwork for each home sale and for prospective purchasers.
• Assist in coordinating appointments with design center, mortgage, and inspection departments.
• Keep buyers updated on construction progress and completion dates through closing.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate departments.
• Actively manage backlog and liaise with Pulte Mortgage or lenders.
• Conduct monthly competitive shops and report findings.
